Regional coordinating boards files, 1993-2001.

Files documenting the organization and administration of six regional coordinating boards created in 1992 [Laws 1992 c549 art1 s6] to provide a means for providers, health plan companies, employers, consumers, and elected officials to react to policy changes which occurred as a result of health care reform. The files include both general files detailing meetings and joint efforts of all the boards and minutes and subject files from each of the individual boards. Topics covered include rural health care, elderly care, tobacco reform, legislation, and health care delivery. The boards were sunsetted on June 30, 1999 [Laws 1999 c245 art2].
